Q: Can children (minors - under the age of 18) join ZeekRewards? A: A minor may sign up as a ZeekRewards' affiliate as long as a parent operates the account for them. The minor must have the same sponsor as the parent/s.
If an account is in the child's name then the account has to have the child's information. It must have their name, address, SS#, etc., but the parent would be operating the account for them. A U.S. 1099 will be sent in the child's name.

Q: What is the revenue sharing ratio that is paid out every night? A:Zeekler (the auction site portion of ZeekRewards) holds auctions seven days a week.
Generally on Monday through Thursday nights, the revenue share paid is from 1.5% to 2%. On Friday through Sunday nights, the revenue share is from 0.5% to 1%
Why do we earn less on Friday through Sunday nights, even though auctions are now being held every day? Auction items on the weekends sell significantly cheaper than
during the week. The success of the auctions determines the daily cash rewards.
Q: Are all affiliates paid the same ratio rate? A:Yes, all affiliates in Zeek Rewards are paid the same retail profit share rate each day, assuming of course they are qualified and have registered their daily ad.
Q:How do I maximize my earnings? A:Maximum Earning Potential can be obtained by making sure that the "Bid Repurchase Preference" is set to 100% on your Retail Profit Pool Report Page.
Accruing bids retire when they have earned for 90 days. Accruals for bid purchases do NOT go on indefinitely. All purchases accrue for 90 days -- period.
On the ZeekRewards login page, there are several tabs on the web site that clearly state that all Zeek Sample Bid purchases will earn for 90 days.
Every Zeek Sample bids purchase, whether it is a purchase with external funds, or daily repurchasing with your daily awards and commissions, earns for 90 days. In other words, every individual purchase has it's own 90 day cycle -- whether it's a manual purchase by you, or it's an automatic purchase by the system. Each purchase has it's own retirement end and tracks independently from all the other bids purchases in your account.
All Zeek Sample bid purchases, no matter how small the amounts, will accrue for 90 days each. When the 90 day cycle of a sample bids purchase, or repurchase, ends, theoriginal amount of the purchase will retire. Keep in mind, every day, during that 90 days, the daily awards that you gained against that original purchase, automatically repurchased additional sample bids -- with each of those individual purchases having their own 90 day cycles.
Maximum earning potential can be obtained by making sure that the Bid Repurchase Preference is set to 100% on your Retail Profit Pool Transaction Page.
When your Points Balance Total is high enough to warrant withdrawals (5000 to 10000 points, latter recommended), the recommendation is to implement an 85/15rule or a version thereof. It is a fact that setting a repurchase rate below85% and consistently sticking to it, will stunt your growth dramatically.
It is also highly recommended that monthly subscriptions continue to be paid out of pocket, until a VIP Point Balance of 10000 points is reached, especially for non-recruiters. Recruiters however, can apply matrix commissions and/or referral commissions towards paying monthly subscriptions.
It is recommended that you signup Zeekler customers, for free preferably, by sharing Zeekler with friends and family. Your upline sponsors likely have additional ways of signing up new Zeekler customers, so check with them.
It is suggested that Upgrading is paid for out-of-pocket and not using one's earnings,
especially if you are a non-recruiter. Recruiters however, can use matrix commissions and/or referral commissions to pay for their upgrading.
Making a small out-of-pocket Zeek Sample Bids purchase on a regular basis (even if only $10) is a very good strategy to implement, especially for non-recruiting affiliates.
A: Here is a scenario where you could be receiving $2,000 to $3,000 per month using the 85/15 Rule.
Let's use a 2% daily profit-sharing figure in this example (Please note: This is only an example and the actual amount will vary day to day).
When you reach 35,000 bid credits in your account, then you could start doing an 85/15 cash-out plan.
Pay close attention here...
When you hit 35,000 bid credits in your account, if the daily cash-back percentage is 2%, ZeekRewards will be awarding you with $700.00 each day.
First of all, did you catch that?...you’re making $700 per day...it’s your money!
Ok, the 85/15 plan works like this, take 85% of that $700 (which is $595) and put that back into your future growth by keeping it in your bids account and letting it continue to accrue. Then, pull out 15% of the $700 (or $105) and use it however you want.
That’s $735 per week, or about $3,000 per month in ongoing income!
And keep in mind...these amounts can continue to grow day after day and month after month as long as you're placing at least one ad per day and you have enough customers to give your bids away to daily.
Q: What can I earn in the 2x5 Matrix? A: NOTE: Free affiliates do not have access to the Matrix. Matrix Commissions can only be earned by qualified affiliates as follows:
To qualify to earn commissions through 5 levels of the 2x5 matrix, an affiliate needs to personally sponsor 2 affiliates. Personally sponsoring 3, 4, and 5 new affiliates qualifies the sponsoring affiliate for matching bonuses.
When you buy, or sell a Silver Business Center/subscription (in other words, personally sponsor a silver affiliate/preferred customer) - you receive 10 PV
When you buy, or sell a Gold Business Center - you receive 50 PV
When you buy, or sell a Diamond Business Center - you receive 100 PV

How do matching bonuses work?
ZeekRewards does matching bonuses a little differently. They do not believe in penalizing qualified affiliates by only matching the income of those in their matrix. Zeek's matching bonus works like this: If you qualify for Level 5 Matching Bonus - it's as if every filled spot on level 5 is currently qualified at YOUR RANK & TITLE. So if You are an Executive - you are paid a matching bonus on every 2x5 of the affiliates on your Level 5 as if THEY were ALSO an Executive.
All matrix-qualified affiliates get paid 20% on all of their personally sponsored affiliates every month:
Sell a Silver Business Centre -- get $2 every month Sell a Gold Business Centre -- get $10 every month Sell a Diamond Business Centre -- get $20 every month
Additionally, as a matrix-qualified affiliate, you get paid between $0.35 to $3.50 per matrix down-line affiliate, per month, depending on your affiliate level (Silver, Gold, Diamond):
A Silver affiliate, with 2 personally sponsored affiliates, earns $0.25 on every affiliate in their 2x5 matrix.
A Gold affiliate,or Silver Manager,with 2 personally sponsored affiliates, earns $0.35 on every Silver affiliate and $1.00 on every Gold and Diamond affiliate in their 2x5 matrix.

Q: How do Matrix "Matching Bonuses" work? A: ZeekRewards does matching bonuses a little differently. Because Mary is a Silver, she will earn $0.25 on each one them, whenever they renew their monthly subscription, which = 10x$0.25 = $2.50
However, if the affiliate is a Diamond or has achieved Executive or Senior Executive as a Silver or Gold affiliate), they will earn more:
- $0.40 for evey Silver - $1.50 for every Gold - $3.50 for every Diamond
which = $1.20 + $6.00 + $10.50 = $17.70 instead of just $2.50
Q: What steps should I follow when signing up a NEW affiliate?
A: Follow these eight steps...
Make sure that on YOUR "Give Free Bids" web page, your "Automatically Give New Customers" Setting is set to the max (50 if you are Silver, 250 if you are Gold, 500 if you are Diamond)
Give your ZeekRewards prospect your sign-up URL:(http://YourUserName.zeekrewards.com)
Help them join as a Free affiliate (the only option. Everyone joins free initially, no exceptions). Make sure the name specified on the website as their sponsor, is YOUR name.
Immediately after their registration is complete, they will be given the opportunity to purchase a premium subscription. NOTE: Premium subscriptions are awarded more Free Bonus Points than what Free affiliates get.
Important Note Regarding Bonus Points: As long as your new affiliate purchases a premium subscription within the first 15 minutes after their registration is complete – the system will automatically award them the additional bonus points pertinent to their subscription level. If they do not do so within 15 minutes, they will NOT receive the additional bonus points. Additional bonus points will NOT be awarded manually by affiliate services.
Next, they will immediately be given the opportunity to purchase Zeek Sample Bids

Q: Are there limitations in how I can promote ZeekRewards?
A: We are NOT allowed to develop our own promotional material to use in any of our marketing. We are also NOT allowed to hold public meetings promoting the ZeekRewards business opportunity.
These following two policies are from ZeekRewards' Terms and Agreements:
ZeekRewards is designed to be an online-based business. As such, we have a firm policy that prohibits affiliates from conducting public meetings to promote the business opportunity UNLESS the meeting is conducted by an authorized member of corporate staff. This policy includes meetings that are advertised publicly or meetings that are by “invitation only”. It includes meetings in hotels, public meeting halls, restaurants or other venues. The only permitted meetings are in an affiliate’s home.

Q: What tools are approved for promoting ZeekRewards? A: You can find all of the current approved promotional tools in your ZeekRewards back-office under the Sales and Training Tools link near the bottom on the main page.
Q: How do I read my "Transaction History" report? A: There is a link at the very top of the "Retail Profit Pool Report" page, please click on it and go through that information. It looks like: Click Here to learn how to read your Retail Profit Pool Report Briefly, however, when you see an overnight earning such as:
"Retail Profit Share Resulted in an award of $1.00 " or, when earning a commission less than $1.00 it might say:
"$0.87 award for 1 bid purchase from... " Sample bids can only be purchased in $1.00 increments, so what the system does is it waits until enough cents have accumulated to add up to $1.00 and then a sample bid is purchased and the associated point equivalent is added your Points Balance.

Q: Do I have to place an ad every day in order to qualify for the daily revenue sharing? A: When prospects first hear, or read, about ZeekRewards, they often balk at reading further when they see that in order to participate in the daily revenue share, they need to place an ad.
They believe that they have to prepare their own ads and then find an appropriate venue for which they have to join, or pay for, in order to advertise. This is NOT at all the process. It is a simple copy/paste process which can be completed in two minutes after a few times.
ZeekRewards provides all the prewritten ads and all the advertising venues that you will ever need -- and many of those venues are free.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for ZeekRewards' daily cash rewards, you must place an ad promoting "Zeekler" (the auction site) and not "ZeekRewards" (the biz opp site). Be sure to use YOUR Zeekler link in your ad.
Q: What is the deadline for posting my daily ad (to qualify for the revenue sharing)? A: The Revenue Share Earnings start getting calculated and posted in your backoffice at 6:00 pm EST everyday. This means that you should make sure that you have posted your ad and added any matrix commissions earned to your VIP Point balance BEFORE 5.00 pm EST. You do not need to wait for the timer to run out (turn red) before placing an ad. Sometimes the daily Retail Profit Pool Run (RPP run) takes a long time to complete and can run late into the next morning. IMPORTANT: Because of this, it is suggested that the best time to place your daily ad is between 3pm and 5pm EST.
Q: Do I have to give bids away in order to qualify for the daily revenue sharing? A: In order to continue growing your VIP Point balance, you should repurchase sample bids with all, or some of the awards gained each evening. Once a sample bid repurchase is made, the sample bids are given away to the ZeekRewards bid pool and in exchange, an equivalent number of points are added to your existing VIP Point Balance.
This is essentially an automated process as long as your back-office is set so that ZeekRewards automatically gives new customers, the maximum number of bids according to the affiliate's subscription level. This is done by clicking on the "Give Free Bids" link, and adjusting the setting "Automatically Give New Customers" to the maximum.
All affiliates can give away a maximum of 1000 bids to one customer over a period of time.
Initially, a Zeekler customer of a Silver affiliate will receive a maximum of 50 bids, a customer of a Gold affiliate will receive a maximum of 250 bids, and a customer of aDiamond affiliate will receive a maximum of 500 bids -- then, over time, the customer will receive up to 1000 total free bids.
Important Points To Remember:
1.) The NEW Bid Give Away Maximums will not change the number of bids a new customer receives automatically.
2.) The Bid Give Away Process is automated so one should NOT try to give bids away manually because:
You would have to change the automatic bid give giveaway setting which is not a good idea because you might forget to change it back to the maximum give away setting
You might give bids away from the top left hand corner to an affiliate which will result in you only receiving HALF the # of points
By giving bids away from the top right hand corner, you are utilizing a customer and WILL NOT benefit by getting points added to your VIP PT Balance.
Q: How does the "Bid-Give" process work? A: Here are two examples...
Scenario 1 - Having Signed Up Just One Customer:
1.) When a new customer signs up, they receive either 50, 250 or 500 free sample bids immediately, depending on the sponsoring affiliate's subscription level.
2.) In return, the sponsoring affiliate will receive a bid advance of either 50, 250 or 500.
3.) This means that as the affiliate earns awards, the number of bids given away in order to convert the earned awards to points, are given to the bid pool.
4.) Once the sample bids are given away, the number given away is deducted from the existing bid advance.
5.) Step 3 and 4 are repeated daily until the entire bid advance has been paid back to the bid pool.
6.) Once the bid advance reaches 0, the system will continue giving bids out to that customer on a daily basis as long as the affiliate continues to repurchase bids with their award earnings in increments of 25 sample bids, until that customer has received 1000 sample bids in total.
7.) Once the customer has received 1000 sample bids in total, a new customer needs to be signed up.
Scenario 2 - Having Signed Up Multiple Customers, example 5 in one day:
1.) Each 5 customers will receive 50, 250 or 500 sample bids immediately.
2.) In return, the sponsoring affiliate will receive a total bid advance of either 250, 1250 or 2500.
3.) On a daily basis, as the sponsoring affiliate earns awards, the system will give sample bids to the bid pool until the entire bid advance is used up, or reaches 0. ( See steps 3 to 5 in first scenario above).
4.) Once the bid advance reaches 0, the system will continue giving out bids to each of the 5 customers in increments of 25 on a daily basis, until each one has received a total of 1000 sample bids.
Q:How do the Bonus Points and Bonus Balance work? A: Bonus points earn the same daily awards as the Zeek Sample bids do in the Retail Profit Pool.
Bonus balance accrues the same way the Points Balance does. The award of earned bonus points is calculated on the bonus balance.
Once the bonus points have earned daily for 60 days, they are transferred to one's points balance. A free affiliate can only continue earning and growing their points balance after they upgrade to Silver, make a minimum Zeek Sample bid purchase of $10, and continue placing a daily ad. If they do not upgrade and make a $10 Zeek Sample bid purchase, their account will remain dormant.
If you're an upgraded affiliate (not a free affiliate), once the bonus balance hasearned daily for60 days, the bonus balance is transferred to their VIP Point balance, which is increased significantly by the transferred bonus points. The new increased VIP Point Balance earns and accrues daily for 90 days.
One's daily cash awards are determined by one's VIP Point balance and the profit sharing ratio each day.
If free and upgraded affiliates miss placing an ad for one day, then bonus points will not be earned for that day, and the bonus balance will only earn for a total of 59 days instead of 60 days, etc...
Every affiliate joining Zeek Rewards is automatically provided with 100 bonus points (one bonus point is equivalent to $1.00)
A FREE affiliates receive 100 bonus points
A Silver affiliate receives 10 additional bonus points - total bonus points = 110 if upgrade is during the signup process.
A Gold affiliate receives 50 additional bonus points - total bonus points = 150 if upgrade is during the signup process.
A Diamond affiliate receives 100 additional bonus points - total bonus points = 200 if upgrade is is during the signup process.
When a prospect joins as a free affiliate, if he or she does not upgrade within the first 15 minutes after joining, the extra bonus points (10, 50, 100) are lost, and the affiliate just receives 100 bonus points.
For FREE affiliates: 60 day earnings = approximately a total of 240 bonus points, 100 drop off and 140 are added/transferred to one's points balance. In order to earn daily cash awards beyond that initial 60 days, an affiliate must be qualified.
A "qualified affiliate" is an affiliate who:
Is currently enrolled in one of the monthly subscription plans
Has placed a qualifying advertisement and registered it in his back-office for the current 24 hour period
Has purchased a minimum of 10 Zeek Sample bids
Has a "Zeekler" customer, or customers, to give daily sample bid purchases to.
For affiliates who start out from the moment they join as a...
Silver: 60 day earnings = approximate total of 247.50 points.
110 drop off and 137.50 are added/transferred to one's VIP points balance
Gold: 60 day earnings = approximate total of 337.50 150 drop off and 187.50 are added/transferred to one's VIP points balance
Diamond: 60 day earnings = approximate total of 450 200 drop off and 250.00 are added/transferred to one's VIP points balance
Q: Why Does My Bonus Balance Grow Faster Than My VIP PT Balance? A: The entire amount of bonus points (whole dollar amount plus cents) earned by the Bonus Balance is added to the bonus balance total, example:
Bonus points earned = $2.54 $2.54 will be added to the bonus balance total
Only whole dollar amounts of awards earned by the VIP PT Balance are converted to points and added to the VIP PT balance total. The cents earned are placed in the change bucket until $1 accumulates, example:
Awards earned = $2.54 2 sample bids are given away 2 points result and are added to the VIP PT Balance total $0.54 is added to the change bucket
When $1.00 accumulates, 1 sample bid is given away, and 1 point is added to the VIP PT balance.
Q: What are the advantages of joining as, or upgrading to, a Premium Subscription? A: There are several:
Larger sample bid purchasing power with external funds.
Can give away more bids immediately to a new Zeekler customer when they initially sign up
Receive more Zeekler Retail bids upon subscription purchase and renewals
Requires fewer Zeekler customers to give bids to at the onset of a new affiliate joining Zeek Rewards.
Receive more bonus points, IF upgrading occurs within 15 minutes of joining Zeek Rewards.
Turn on visibility of Matrix activity
Receive higher matrix and referral commission percentages at each subscription level. (an affiliate can also achieve these higher commissions by advancing in rank to Manager, Executive or Senior Executive, no matter what subscription level they are at. To elaborate: a Silver affiliate who has achieved Senior Executive rank will earn 5% and 10% referral commissions, which is equivalent to a Diamond affiliate's referral commissions).
NOTE: You must be on a Premium Subscription to participate in the Retail Profit Pool program.
Q:What's the most beneficial way to upgrade my subscription? A:If you decide to upgrade before the month is up, you will have to pay the full amount of that upgrade level, and not the difference. If you are recruiting (and missing out on higher referral commissions) and/or affiliates are falling below you (due to spillover) in the 2x5 matrix, that are at a higher level than you, it might be to your advantage to upgrade in the middle of the month. However, to avoid paying the full upgrade amount, upgrade one or two days before your monthly subscription is due. Affiliates are able to downgrade, merely by opening a support ticket and informing support at least two weeks before the next monthly subscription is due to prevent being charged at the higher subscription level.
In addition try removing all payment information or cancel any payment processor subscription. Thus on renewal day, no subscription payment will go through and your account will be downgraded to free.
Once this occurs, simply log into your Zeek Rewards backoffice, click on Upgrade, and follow the prompts to the payment page.
Subscription renewals are processed on the Saturday following your actual renewal date.
Q: How do I change my credit card information on file with ZeekRewards? A: Log in to the back office, click "Subscription Payment Report" and add or change your credit card information in the field provided.
Q: How do I remove my credit card details completely? A: By Clicking on Affiliate Services and submitting a support ticket choosing the appropriate category.
Q: How do I downgrade my ZeekRewards subscription level?A:Choose one of these 4 options:
a.) If you are paying your monthly Zeek Rewards subscription via credit card:
- submit a support ticket ASAP (choose Downgrade from the Quick Pick
drop down menu) - provide username - request to downgrade and ask them to outline steps you need to take
b.) If you are paying your monthly subscription via STP or AP and do not
have a credit/debit on file in your Zeek Rewards back office:
- log into your STP or AP back office and cancel your subscription - when Zeek Rewards next runs monthly subscription renewals, you will be
downgraded to free - once downgraded to free, log into your Zeek Rewards back office and
click on upgrade - choose subscription level and proceed to payment page
c.) If you are paying your monthly subscription via STP or AP and do have a
credit/debit on file in your Zeek Rewards back office:
- submit a support ticket ASAP (choose Downgrade from the Quick Pick drop
down menu) - provide username - request to downgrade and ask them to outline steps you need to take - request to also have your credit/debit card info removed if you are not going
to be using your cc/dc for monthly subscription renewals - log into your STP or AP back office and cancel your subscription
d.) If you are paying your monthly subscription using cash available, or
- do NOT set aside funds for your monthly subscription fee - allow the system to downgrade you to free instead - log into your Zeek Rewards back office and click on upgrade - choose subscription level and proceed to payment page
A: Auto-renewals are processed on the Saturday following the renewal date or the Saturday of the renewal date. If your monthly subscription fee is not paid on time, your subscription level is downgraded to free. To return to your original subscription, login and click on upgrade.
If you used a credit card to sign up initially, but now want to use an AlertPay or SolidTrustPay monthly subscription, to pay your monthly subscription fees, you need to submit a support ticket a week, or two before your renewal is due informing Zeek Rewards Support that you want to switch over to an Alert Pay monthly subscription. Support will then downgrade you to free and you can then upgrade again through your backoffice using AlertPayor SolidTrustPay. This will set up an AlertPay or SolidTrustPay automatic monthly renewal subscription.

A: DO NOT pay DIRECTLY for your monthly subscription fee via a payment processor, as you will remain downgraded to free. DO login to Your ZeekRewards back-office and Click On Upgrade. Follow the prompts to the payment page and choose your preferred method of payment.
Q: What are the options for paying for a subscription upgrade? A: You have 5 options:

Q: I purchased Sample Bids, so why haven't they shown up in my VIP Pt. Balance?
A:In order for Zeek Sample bid purchases to be converted to points, the bids purchased must be given away to a customer (or multiple customers). Until Zeekler customers are acquired, the purchased bids are kept in a holding tank (on the top left hand side of the "Bid Give Manager" web page).
Q: What are the Payout/Withdrawal options? A: You have 4 options (as of this writing):

Payment/Withdrawals are on a two week drag (takes two weeks from the first Monday for fund clearance (commissions back out when refunds, charge backs, and/or cancellations occur). This applies to all withdrawal options. The pay date will be posted in your backoffice. Requesting a check on a Sunday gets your check processed a week quicker than requesting it on the Monday, the day after. This means that if you request it on a Monday it will take three weeks not two.
Once you decide to make a withdrawal, by changing your "Repurchase Preference," earnings and referral commissions will be placed in your "Cash Available" balance. The link to your cash available is located in the blue field near the top of your Retail Profit Pool Report page.

Simply cancel the subscription through your AlertPay, or SolidTrustPay account and then either update your credit, or debit card info in your back office, or you can pay your subscription with commissions.

If you want to obtain free Zeekler customers month after month from the Zeek rotator
When you have a large VIP PT Balance and require many free Zeekler customers on a monthly basis in order to keep your VIP PT Balance growing.
Let's say an affiliate requires approximately 50 free Zeekler customers a month. By signing up 2 PRCs, the Zeek rotator will provide the affiliate with as many free Zeekler customers as needed.
As long as these 2 PRCs renew their monthly Zeekler subscription, the affiliate will qualify to receive all the free Zeekler customers they require from the Zeek rotator.
Should one or both PRCs fail to renew their monthly Zeekler subscription, they will need to be replaced in order for the affiliate to continue to be provided with Zeekler customers from the Zeek rotator.
Q:How Do I Know When I Need To Sign Up A New Zeekler Customer?
1.) By checking your Zeekler Customer Rotator Status, if you were a 5CC member.
2.) By Checking your Zeekler Sponsorship Report and taking note of the number of free bids each recorded Zeekler customer has received (existing and new free customers) - each will receive a total of 1000.
Once all customers are close to receiving 1000 bids each, it is time to sign up a new customer or two.
Q:How Many Customers Do I Need On A Monthly Basis?A:It depends on how many Sample Bids you are repurchasing daily. All levels now give away 1000 free bids to each customer. So you need to figure out how many bids you need to give away on average.
For example: If your VIP balance is 10 000 points, your average earnings are about $150 in daily awards. If you are repurchasing 100%, you only need one customer every 6.7 days (1000 bids to give away per customer divided by 150 average). So you only need about 5 customers a month. Of course as your VIP PT balance increases, so does the number of free Zeekler customers needed.
